ENSE 374: Software Engineering Management

This course serves as another cornerstone in the realm of technology design and development (in addition to ENSE 271). It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the significance behind effective engineering management and software development practices. Through this course, I guide students in collaborative teams as they undertake a project or tackle a specific problem of their preference. Throughout the process, the focus is on crafting well-structured and neatly-coded software, all while adhering to essential project management principles. By the course’s conclusion, each student team is expected to have produced at least one minimum viable product (MVP).
